NDL group actively participated in Nanotech 2003 conference held in San Francisco in February 23-27, 2003. Prof. Balandin gave an invited talk in the Nano-Devices and Systems section entitled Carrier and Phonon Spectrum in Quantum Dot Superlattices for Optoelectronic and Thermoelectric Applications [PDF]. The group was also presented by Konstantin's poster on Self-Heating Effects in GaN/AlGaN Heterostructure Field-Effect Transistors [PDF] and Olga's poster on Modeling of Brillouin Spectrum of a Quantum Dot Crystal [PDF].
